Refund policy
Returns:
7-day return on all in-store bike purchases from date of purchase. 14-day return policy for any new item purchased through our website after date of purchase. Original shipping costs on all eligible returned items are nonrefundable and only original purchase amount (plus applicable taxes) will be refunded.
To be eligible, all items must be brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging in the same condition it was originally received. Any items that are opened and/or installed do not qualify for a refund. All items must include a copy of the original purchase receipt with your return.
Pre-owned bikes, open box bikes, and pre-owned parts/accessories are final sale.
Defective (if applicable):
If your item was defective upon arrival, please email us at plentyofbikes@gmail.com with photos and contact information within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will reach out for more information and send a replacement if warranted. Items that are defective or damaged due to improper installation or use cannot be replaced.
Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returned bikes are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must include a copy of your original receipt. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
